My stay at the Diplomatic hotel was enjoyable overall, mainly because the breakfast quality was quite impressive, and I had an excellent experience with the English-speaking receptionist who was incredibly helpful. However, there were some communication barriers since not all the staff spoke English, which made things a bit challenging at times.
